Tomato Creamy Pasta

Pasta is culturally an Italian food item which is one of the most popular & consumed dishes around the world. More than Three hundred different types of pasta varieties are available and Macaroni,Spaghetti, Penne etc. are among the most popular.

How To Make:

Ingredients:

  • Uncooked pasta -250 Grams

  • Butter or Margarine - 3 Tablespoons

  • KVC Tomato Paste- 2 Tablespoons

  • KVC Tomato Sauce - 400g Bottle

  • Whipping cream - 3/4 cup

  •  Italian seasoning -1/4 Teaspoon

  • Salt and Pepper

  • Grated Cheese for serving

Steps:

  1. Cook the Pasta first in water adding a little bit of Salt according to package cooking instructions.

  2. While the Pasta is cooking, add the Butter/Margarine to a skillet over Medium-high heat.

  3. Once it melts, add the Garlic and Sauté & Stir constantly for about a minute.

  4. Now add KVC Tomato Paste, KVC Tomato Sauce, Italian seasoning & Whipping cream and Let the sauce cook for about 5 minutes.

  5. Season the sauce with salt & pepper as needed.

  6. Once Pasta is boiled, drain the water and mix with the sauce & Finally serve with cheese tossed over the top.
